Dallas Society for Bioenergetic Analysis
Bioenergetics is a way of understanding behavior in terms of body and the level of energy utilized by the body. The main processes of the body that include utilization of energy include respiration, metabolism and release of energy during motion.
One’s level of energy is determined by how that individual responds to the different situations of life. With the high energy level one can efficiently handle the hard situations of life by freely utilizing it into emotional burst and other expressions.
